When producing color pavement bricks, double-layer cloth is used, and the forming cycle only takes 20-25 seconds. After forming, it can leave the supporting plate for maintenance, saving users a lot of supporting plate investment.

2. Hydraulic pressure is the main factor to complete die reduction, pressure boosting head, feeding, returning, pressure reducing head, pressurization and die lifting, product extrusion, machinery is the auxiliary factor, bottom plate and brick feeding cooperate with each other to shorten the forming cycle.
