How to use the unburned brick machine correctly has become a problem for many companies. Only when it is used correctly can ensure production safety. The vibration of the unburned brick machine is violent, which is easy to cause accidents such as flywheel friction belt falling off, screws loosening, hammer head falling off abnormally, etc. In order to ensure safety, the following three points should be paid attention to when using the press correctly:

(1)   Pay attention to the maintenance. The workload and working time of the unburned brick machine are the same as that of other machines, which depends on the normal maintenance of the main components. We have to wait regularly to check the press’s machinery. For the new type of brick press, color brick press and hydraulic brick press, we should pay attention to check the density. There may be many small problems at the beginning of use, so we should not be careless. After use for a period of time, the number of inspections can be reduced appropriately, but regular inspections are required. For machines with high working intensity, check them regularly.

(2)    in order to ensure the normal use of machinery, the construction period shall not be delayed. Remind the enterprise to store the spare parts which are easy to wear when using in the warehouse. Parts that are often damaged are usually heavy work. The operator shall be observed carefully during the use process, and abnormalities shall be found in time to ensure safe operation.

(3)   Before using the unburned brick machine, it must be checked carefully before use. It is forbidden for non professional personnel to operate the equipment, pay attention to the operation sequence and change the operation process.
