The research and development of the full-automatic pallet-free brick machien production line mainly breaks through the technical requirements:
a. the indenter is guided up and down more stably by a new type of guide device;

b. The new feeding trolley is used. The upper, lower and left and right adjusting parts are designed on the trolley’s homogenizing device, and the parts with regular material shortage can be adjusted up, down and left and right according to the adjusting parts in the trolley;

c. The 360 degree rotary lifting platform is used to stack bricks to effectively control the phenomenon of unilateral unevenness caused by the negative difference of bricks, and the unilateral stress of the bottom brick is damaged; d. The new tray separation device is driven by motor chain, and the telescopic structure of lifting tray is designed on the lifting mechanism. The telescopic structure is realized through forced track change, and the structure realizes single point control. It has the characteristics of stable lifting and convenient maintenance.
