1. the machine is hydraulically driven, pressurized and vibrated to form, which can obtain very good products. After forming, it can be folded for 4-6 layers of maintenance. When producing colored road tiles, double-layer cloth is used, and the forming cycle is only 20-25 seconds. After forming, it can leave the pallet for maintenance, saving users a lot of pallet investment.
2. hydraulic pressure is the main factor to complete the mold reduction, and the pressure boosting head, feeding, returning, pressure reducing head, pressurization and mold lifting, product extrusion, machinery is the auxiliary factor, bottom plate feeding, brick feeding, etc. cooperate with each other to shorten the forming cycle.
