1、Before operating the main block making machine, each of the lubrication parts need to be checked one by one. The gear boxes and reduction devices need to supplement the lubricants timely, and be replaced if necessary.

2、Every sensor and position limit switch need to be checked if they can operate normality or not before operating.

3、Per shift check if the compaction head tightening the screws or not, if the vibration motor screws loose or not, if the action platform trim strip on the vibration stable and the connecting screws loose or not, if so tighten them to prevent vibration fault. And the workers also need to check if there is any plate steels or other sundries in the filling box, if the arch breaker can move freely or not, if the set screws loose or not,  if the bottom mould install screws loose or not and the locking degree is correct or not. Each of the oil connection leak the oil or not, oil tank solenoid value and all the large and small oil pumps leak through or not. For the part of oil leak through, the oil connection need to be tightened again.

4、Per shift check if every board hook (commonly known as the bird head) of the pallet conveyor can move freely, check the elastic degree of the pallet conveyor’s drive and drag chains, adjust them if necessary.

5、Checking all of the operation parts and all electrical appliance departments untimely during the production process. Checking the activity parts lubrication and wearing situation by listening, smelling and looking, so that can prevent the machine broken down in advance.

6、Per shift after work need to clean the equipment completely, clean the scraps timely to keep the main machine cleaned before and after using, avoid the concrete caking so that affect the use of the machine.

7、The lubricant housing and cycle time of the equipment‘s  main accessories.
